Erin Meana co-founded ProjectQA in 2004 and is the current President. Erin’s experience includes design, planning, and construction, as well as financial and strategic management for construction projects. Erin’s career has focused on developing and implementing effective project management delivery. Her experience in managing construction projects includes large institutions, private and public-financed housing, and several commercial facilities. Her acumen in construction management has led to a specialization in effective project team-building, as well as project programming and planning for individual owners, developers, not-for-profits, municipalities, and construction lending institutions.
She has led many multi-session presentations to construction lending clients on construction techniques and risk management topics. Erin is a Licensed Architect in the State of Illinois and received her B.A. in Environmental Design from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, as well as her M.B.A. and Master in Architecture degrees from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
