About ProjectQA
Project Quality Assurance is governed by the premise that any well-conceived construction project can be successful if the proper process is followed. This process is well known, but mistakes and shortcuts are costly. By adopting risk assessment methods, ProjectQA developed a formal basis for its professional recommendations. ProjectQA’s analysis of construction projects focuses on mitigating risks and improving the likelihood of success for each construction project and its stakeholders.
ProjectQA was created to implement an innovative, state-of-the-art approach to due diligence and project monitoring specifically for construction lenders and owners throughout the United States. ProjectQA developed a unique, proprietary method, we call PAARsm, which is based on methods and procedures first used in the nuclear power industry and by NASA to identify project failure modes. It allows us to focus our efforts on the aspects of a project that are most likely to cause project failure or adversely impact the lender and owner.
ProjectQA’s nationwide Alliance Partner Network, now over 130 partners strong, enables us to quickly and efficiently provide nationwide Project Monitoring services to construction lenders. ProjectQA’s Alliance Partners are licensed architects and engineers, all with extensive construction experience in their region. Each Alliance Partner is carefully selected by ProjectQA, based on construction experience and local expertise, and trained in our PAARsm method.
ProjectQA’s key staff have significant construction and design industry experience, from a variety of professional backgrounds. This combination of construction experience and diverse professional backgrounds gives ProjectQA the ability to analyze potential problems on construction projects from different perspectives. It also helps us stay on top of important developments throughout the construction industry.
