For example, if you are a lender about to issue a commitment for a $10,000,000 construction loan for the purchase of real property in Omaha and the construction thereon of a new office building, you need:

TitleQA gives you all of these services with one call or email – to TitleQA or to ProjectQA. Simply contact ProjectQA and tell them you are interested in using the TitleQA services for your project. ProjectQA will deliver a written proposal to you for all of the services that you need on your project. If the proposal is acceptable to you, simply sign the proposal and return it to ProjectQA. That’s all you have to do. We will do the rest. You have one contract for all of the TitleQA services and one contact that you will deal with on the project, your Project Contact. All reports, endorsements and updates on the project (e.g., title policy commitment and endorsements, Project Monitoring reports, etc.) will come to you from your Project Contact. However, if you have a question on any of the TitleQA services, for example a Project Monitoring report for a specific Pay Application, you can contact either your Project Contact or the ProjectQA architect who wrote and signed the Project Monitoring report. Even though you will have a Project Contact, you will also always be able to deal directly with the ProjectQA architect assigned to your project or with the TitleQA professional assigned to your project.
