Representative Projects

ProjectQA provides services to lenders on varying sized projects – from $300,000 commercial interior build-out projects to $160,000,000 high rise, luxury condo projects – and on virtually every type of construction project - Institutional Buildings, High Rise Buildings, Retail Buildings/ Shopping Centers, Multi-Family/ Condominium Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Subdivision Developments, Warehouse Facilities, Commercial Buildings, and Single Family Residential.

The following construction projects are representative of the many different types and sizes of construction projects for which we provide services:

Luxury High-Rise Condominium, Chicago, Illinois

A luxury, high-rise condominium development, consisting of two towers, with a parking garage on the first 10 floors and a connecting roof deck area above the parking structure total construction costs are in excess of $160,000,000:

The first Tower is 40 stories and has a gross building area of approximately 510,000 square feet; it contains 156 residential condominium units and 186 standard parking spaces. The second Tower is 46 stories and has a gross building area of approximately 542,000 square feet; it contains 246 residential condominium units and 303 standard parking spaces.

The project was built in two phases, with a 42-month construction schedule. ProjectQA was hired by the lender, prior to the start of the project, to provide comprehensive, ongoing Project Monitoring services on the entire project including the build-out of the individual condominium units. It was a sophisticated, multi-phase project on which the lender requires monthly site observations of all areas under construction in both tower buildings, and the connecting parking structure. When the Owner paid off the construciton loan, they hired ProjectQA directly to continue monitoring the project until project completion.


Self-Storage Facility, Minneapolis, Minnesota

A four-story, self-storage facility, situated on a 1.8 acre site total construction costs are approximately $4,300,000.00:

The building area is 103,568 square feet; approximately 25,000 square feet per floor and contains a total of 804 storage locker units of varying sizes. Twenty-nine of the first floor units have garage access.

The project was built in one phase with a 9-month construction schedule. ProjectQA was hired by the lender to provide a Pre-Construction Document Review & Budget Analysis prior to closing the construction loan and Project Monitoring services in conjunction with all payment applications through completion of construction.


Drugstore Chain Building, Fresno, California

A one-story retail drugstore building for a well-known chain situated on a 2-acre site total construction costs are approximately $1,900,000.00.

The building area is approximately 15,000 square feet of floor space. The project included demolition of an existing structure and sitework development for future adjacent retail buildings.

The project was built in one phase with a 7-month construction schedule. ProjectQA was hired by the lender to provide a Pre-Construction Document Review & Budget Analysis prior to closing the construction loan and Project Monitoring services in conjunction with all payment applications through completion of construction.


Airport Hanger Project, St. Louis Regional Airport, Bethalto, Illinois

Construction of a new airplane hangar, including office and approximately 5,000 square feet of shop area, a total of approximately 59,000 square feet, and associated site work, at the St. Louis Regional Airport.

The lender has one point of contact for all of the services and all information.  Reports are provided and shared quickly and confidentially among the lender, TitleQA, ProjectQA, Community Title, and QDraw Construction Disbursing.  The result is a cost-effective and seamless process for the lender and its customer.
